Ouchy…

So I ran, but my ankle is hurting. Got a little sore coming up the hill, but it feels better now - except now my knee hurts. Just achy, but not fun. All in all, a good run. God bless and keep running.

Yeah, unfortunately it is THE knee, but it isn’t bad, I think it is just soreness…at least I hope.
